The Path Forward is our immersive, foundational program designed to deliver the mindset, structure, and strategic skills necessary for executive leadership. This 4-month program is tailored for ambitious professionals, whether you are launching a new enterprise or achieving transformative growth in your current career. The Path Forward

A Unique Team-Based Structure

You are not on this path alone. When you join, you are purposefully placed into a dedicated team of 3-4 participants.

Each team is led by a Team Leader—a graduate of the program who is there to guide discussions, provide support, and hold you accountable.

The Monthly Session Flow (5 Hours)

Our monthly sessions are dynamic, interactive, and designed for deep work.

  1. Main Room Training: All teams meet in the main Zoom room, led by the Course Leader (RSC), to receive core training and new distinctions.
  2. Team Breakouts: Your team will split into a private breakout room multiple times per session to discuss concepts, work through exercises, and get personalized feedback.
  3. Group Sharing & Assignments: You’ll return to the main room to share discoveries, ask questions, and receive your assignments for the month.

The Work Between Sessions

The real transformation happens in the weeks between our live sessions.

  • Monthly Assignments: You will spend each month doing the homework and implementing the concepts directly into your work and life.
  • Team Accountability: Your team will set up its own regular meetings (typically weekly) to work on assignments, share wins, and overcome challenges together.

After You Graduate

At the end of the 4 months, your journey doesn’t have to end. You can:

  • Move to the next level in our program path.
  • Apply to become a Team Leader to help build the program.
  • Repeat the course at a discount to deepen your mastery.
