The Executive Discovery Workshops
The Executive Discovery Workshops is a comprehensive 3-tiered online training program designed to transform participants from aspiring potential business owners into successful executives. Each stage of our program builds upon the previous one, ensuring that participants develop both the mindset and skills required to run a successful company.
Our approach is structured into three distinct stages, each with a unique focus, curriculum, and outcome:
1. The Business Blueprint
Duration: 8 Weeks (Weekly Sessions)
Instructor: Justin Grossman
This foundational training focuses on developing the mindset and skills of a business owner. Participants will learn the basics of entrepreneurship, discovering that they can make businesses, and uncover the kinds of business possibilities they can work to accomplish.
2. The Executive Structure
Duration: 3 Months (Bi-weekly Sessions)
Instructor: Justin Grossman
This training advances the participant's skills, diving into deeper operational and strategic areas. It is designed for those who have a basic business, or the basic framework for one, and want to scale it to a professional, sustainable enterprise.
3. The Executive Mastery
Duration: 6 Months (Monthly Sessions)
Instructor: Robert Chun
This final stage is for participants who have mastered the basics and are ready to lead at the highest levels. The training focuses on advanced executive decision-making, leadership in complex environments, and creating a legacy through strategic impact.
How the Workshops are Linked
Each of the three training phases is designed to progressively build on the previous one, ensuring a natural transition from "running a business might be cool," to full executive development. The workshops are not isolated experiences but a continuous journey:
- The Business Blueprint provides the foundation, teaching participants the basics of ownership and business management.
- The Executive Structure builds on that foundation, offering intermediate skills to scale businesses effectively.
- The Executive Mastery is reserved for those who wish to lead at the highest levels, focusing on advanced executive skills and global business strategy.
This ensures that participants are not overwhelmed but are steadily prepared to take on more complex challenges as they advance through the stages. As each training is distinct yet interconnected, participants can choose to progress from one level to the next based on their career goals, or strengthen the level they are in, helping them grow into well-rounded, capable business leaders.
